One thing you may have discovered is that starting a family rarely goes as planned. Maybe you had hoped to raise your children near your parents and find yourself in a brand new community with a brand new baby. Maybe you had planned to share parenting with your partner and now that partner works far from home, most of the time. Maybe you’ve suddenly got three kids under four and you’re not quite sure what happened. Or perhaps the adjustment to parenthood has felt overwhelming because the whole process has just taken so long.

What I have discovered is that well-supported women can do hard things. It’s why I became a doula and birth educator and why I am continuing my studies in midwifery & spiritual care. I have been so inspired by the many women who have supported me – and I absolutely love witnessing women discover their own strength through birth. So, please take some time to look around here and see if I can support you.

If you have any questions, please send me an email, fill out the contact form or give me a call. I’d love to hear from you.

Wishing you much joy throughout your parenting journey!

“Dayna thank you sooo much for being there for me – you have such a lovely energy. The birth photos were so touching. Scott and I both cried. I absolutely love it.” -P. Wetzstein
